Overview
What is CPF EZPay

CPF EZPay is a digital service that helps you easily submit your CPF contributions. It’s suitable for all employers regardless of the number of employees. There are three ways in which you can submit your CPF contributions using CPF EZPay.

CPF EZPay

With CPF EZPay, you can save and load your employees’ details, as well as easily amend them for your monthly CPF submissions. Input your employees’ wages and make use of the auto-computation feature for hassle-free submission.

Perform submission
Electronic Standing Instruction (ESI)

If you’re already on Direct Debit payment mode, and generally your employees’ wages do not change every month, you can also set up ESI within CPF EZPay. Once your ESI is set up, your monthly submission and deduction will be automatically made to us.

 

You’re required to amend your ESI if there are changes in your CPF contributions.

File Transfer Protocol (FTP)

You can upload a file via CPF EZPay to submit your CPF contributions. Your file must be in accordance to our FTP Specifications (PDF, 0.3MB). 

 

You can pay via Direct Debit or PayNow QR.

Find out how you can make CPF contributions easily via CPF EZPay

Prerequisites

Before you get started

You’ll require the following before you can use CPF EZPay:

 

  1. A Singpass
  2. A CPF Submission Number (CSN) for your transactions with the CPF Board

One-time set up for UEN-registered entity

If you’re a first-timer, you’re required to set up and assign “CPF EZPay” e-Service to your authorised officers for your CSN(s) in the Corppass portal.

 

If you need to update your authorised users, you can do so in the Corppass portal.

For individual trading under your own name

You or your authorised users should have already been assigned as the system administrator during your CSN application. If you need to update your authorised users, the system administrator can do so in CPF EZPay.

Apply for Direct Debit early

The recommended payment mode for CPF EZPay is Direct Debit. With Direct Debit, payment will be automatically deducted from your bank account after your CPF submission. 

 

You can set up your Direct Debit Authorisation (DDA) arrangement online if you have a bank account with any of these eGIRO participating banks. The approval takes only a few minutes. If you are using a corporate bank account, your approver must approve the eGIRO request within your bank’s internet banking portal within 48 hours before the application expires.

Set up DDA online

If you do not have a bank account with any of the eGIRO participating banks, you can make payment via PayNow QR. If your bank is not an eGIRO or a PayNow participating bank, please write to us for assistance.

Steps to use CPF EZPay

Step 1: Log in and select the payment month

Log in to your CPF EZPay and select the month which you intend to pay employee CPF contributions for.

Step 2: Add or amend details

Add new employees or amend existing employee details, if there are changes for the month.

Step 3: Verify details and make payment

Before making payment, verify your contribution details. Select the payment mode and make payment.

Step 4: Check if payment is made successfully

Your CPF submission is only complete when you have successfully made payment. You can view your submission status in CPF EZPay.

Amending your CPF submission

Making amendments

If you’re paying by Direct Debit, you’re only allowed to make amendments if the status of your CPF submission is reflected as “Submitted”. Generally, all CPF submissions made on a day are processed at 5:15pm on the same day; the status will be updated as "Processed".

 

If you’re paying by PayNow QR, you cannot make any amendments after the payment is made.

Rectifying your CPF contributions if amendments cannot be made

If you have underpaid CPF contributions, you may pay the difference using Submit ad hoc CPF payments in CPF EZPay for the affected employee(s) in the affected month(s). Provide the full wages earned for the month and the CPF shortfall amount.

If you have overpaid CPF contributions or paid for the wrong employee(s), you may apply for a refund within one year from the date of payment, subject to the availability of funds in the member's CPF account.
 

Additionally, you will need to inform the employee(s) affected by the refund.
