Overview
What is CPF EZPay?

CPF EZPay is a digital service that enables you to easily submit your CPF contributions. It is suitable for all platform operators regardless of the number of platform workers you have.

You can upload a file via CPF EZPay to submit your CPF contributions for platform workers. Your file must be in accordance to our file transfer protocol specifications (PDF, 0.3MB).

Before getting started

You will need the following before you can use CPF EZPay:

 

  1. A Singpass

  2. Two platform operator CPF Submission Numbers (CSN) for your transactions with the CPF Board

One-time set up for UEN-registered entity

If you are a first timer, you are required to set up and assign “CPF EZPay” e-Service to your authorised officers for your platform operator CSNs in the Corppass portal.

 

If you need to update your authorised users, you can do so in the Corppass portal.

Apply for Direct Debit early

The recommended payment mode for CPF EZPay is Direct Debit. This payment mode enables payment to be automatically deducted from your bank account after your CPF submission.

 

You can set up your Direct Debit Authorisation (DDA) arrangement online if you have a bank account with any of these eGIRO participating banks.

If you do not have a bank account with any of the eGIRO participating banks, you can write to us to set up the DDA via hardcopy or make payment via PayNow QR.

CPF EZPay
Prepare your CPF submission details for uploading on CPF EZPay

Your file must be in accordance to our file transfer protocol specifications (PDF, 0.3MB).  

 

Once your file has been prepared, you can log in to CPF EZPay to make your submission and verify your payment. 

 

Platform operators will be provided access to CPF EZPay, once the obligations to make CPF contributions for platform workers begins from Jan 2025.

Amend your CPF submissions

If you’re paying by Direct Debit, you can only make amendments if the status of your CPF submission is reflected as “Submitted”. Generally, all CPF submissions made on a day are processed at 5:15pm on the same day; the status will be updated as "Processed". Once a submission has been processed, you will not be able to make any amendments.

 

If you’re paying by PayNow QR, you cannot make any amendments after the payment is made.
