Notify CPF Board immediately if you do not have CPF contributions payable

CPF Board has a system to detect employers who are late in paying CPF contributions. If you do not have CPF contributions payable*, you need to:

i) notify us immediately by clicking on this link below, and

ii) indicate the effective period or month(s) that you do not have CPF contributions payable.

By doing so, you can avoid any potential enforcement actions.

*Note: Terminating Electronic Standing Instruction (ESI) or Direct Debit Arrangement (DDA), stopping payment of CPF contributions or deleting employee records from CPF EZPay do not constitute as informing CPF Board that you do not have any more employees.

Change in business entity

If you’re issued with a new Unique Entity Number (UEN), you’ll need to apply for a new CPF Submission Number (CSN) under the new entity to make your CPF contributions. You’re still required to inform us if you no longer have any employees in your service under the old UEN.
