CPF Board has a system to detect employers who are late in paying CPF contributions. If you no longer have any employees or ceased operations*, you need to:
i) notify us immediately by clicking on this link below, and
ii) indicate the date that you cease to have employees.
By doing so, you can avoid incurring late payment interest and composition amount.
*Note: Terminating Electronic Standing Instruction (ESI) or Direct Debit Arrangement (DDA), stopping payment of CPF contributions or deleting employee records from CPF EZPay do not constitute as informing CPF Board that you do not have any more employees.
