What is a platform operator CSN?
The platform operator CSN is a unique identifier used by platform operators to transact with CPF Board.
This includes making CPF payments for platform workers and submitting requests on platform operator matters.
A CSN consists of a Unique Entity Number (UEN) and CPF payment code.
The CPF payment code identifies the type of payment made.
Only platform operators need to have a platform operator CSN.
One CSN is used to make CPF contributions for platform workers born on 1 Jan 1995 or later and those born before 1 Jan 1995 who have opted in. This CSN will contain “PWA” in its payment code.
One CSN is used to make CPF contributions for platform workers born before 1 Jan 1995 who have not opted in. This CSN will contain “PWM” in its payment code.

Applying for UEN
If you are a new platform operator without an UEN and are applying for one from Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), you can use the BizFile + Portal to do so.
Applying for platform operator CSN if you already have a UEN
If you already have an existing UEN and your authorised users are granted access to ‘CPF Services for Employers and Business Partners’ e-Service in Corppass portal, you can request for a CSN application form via write-to-us.
After submitting the application for the platform operator CSNs
Once CPF Board provides you with the two new CSNs, you need to perform a one-time setup at Corppass portal before you can login to CPF EZPay using your new CSNs.
