Notes

  • Fluctuations in interest rates relative to the Ordinary Account (OA) rate have influenced members' decisions on voluntary housing refunds, with higher external rates in 2023 discouraging refunds and lower external rates in 2025 making the OA rate comparatively more attractive, resulting in more members making voluntary housing refunds.
