CPF Board has established a new Volunteer Management Committee (VMC) from 1 January 2026.

This committee represents an important step in strengthening our volunteering programme as we transition towards a more sustainable, community-driven approach that empowers volunteers to take greater ownership of initiatives and ensures long-term programme viability. The VMC will collaborate with CPF Board to enhance volunteer experiences, maximise community impact and support initiatives that help Singaporeans better understand and make the most of their CPF.

VMC Structure

The VMC is chaired by Mr Soh Chin Heng, our former Deputy Chief Executive (Services), and comprises six dedicated volunteer leaders, namely Mr Jee Su Giam, Ms Junice Sim, Ms Lee Chor Joo, Mdm Ong Sin Hong, Mr Yeow Ing Hwa and Mr Zhou Liping. The committee operates through three sub-committees focusing on Outreach, Training and Engagement.
