Why are my MediSave and MediShield Life claims not processed after my visit/hospital discharge?
Medical institutions may take up to about two weeks from the date of your visit/hospital discharge to submit your MediShield Life and MediSave claims. If you are on an Integrated Shield Plan (IP), it may take longer than two weeks as your claim(s) will first be submitted to your IP insurer for assessment.
 
Please refer to the table of processing time from the day CPFB receives the claims from your Medical Institution or insurer.
