When do I need to apply for reimbursement to my MediSave and MediShield Life from my third-party-payers for my healthcare expense?
Please submit your reimbursement request to your employer or insurer once your MediSave and MediShield Life claims have been processed and reflected in your Healthcare payments and claims statement. Your employer or insurer may need your Healthcare payments and claim statement to assess your request. Please note that your Healthcare payments and claims statement will no longer be available for retrieval once it is older than 15 months.
