You can view your healthcare payments and claims details (containing information such as the name of patient, hospital registration number (HRN), hospitalisation period, etc), with transaction dates within the last 15 months at
cpf.gov.sg/healthcare:
- Log in to your Healthcare dashboard under my cpf digital services with your Singpass
- Proceed to 'Latest healthcare payments and claims' and select 'View past 15 months'
- Select the period you require and click 'Search'.
- Select the PDF icon at the top-right-hand corner of the page to save/print the statement.

Please note that your claim details are available on your Healthcare dashboard for up to 15 months, after which they will no longer be retrievable. Download your statement in a timely manner to ensure you always have a copy for your own records or future use.
When submitting reimbursement claims to your employer or insurer, a digital copy should be sufficient.
