I have outstanding MediSave payable. Why am I not able to make voluntary top-ups to my or my loved ones' MediSave Account?
As a self-employed person, you are required to have fully settled or be on a monthly instalment plan for your MediSave payable when making top ups to your MediSave Account or your loved ones'. To do so, you can conveniently request for an instalment plan or make full payment for your MediSave payable via the Manage your MediSave payable form.
 
Conversely, you will be able to receive voluntary top-ups from your loved ones if they have fully settled or are on monthly instalment plans for their MediSave payable (if applicable).
