You can consider the following options to increase your monthly payouts:

   • Make cash top-ups or CPF transfers to grow your retirement savings up to the current Enhanced Retirement Sum. The more retirement savings you have, the higher your monthly payouts.
   • If you are born in 1957 or after, you can use the additional amount of retirement savings you can withdraw from age 65 to increase your monthly payouts via the Plan my monthly payouts service.
2. Defer your monthly payouts up to age 70:
   • Start your monthly payouts later to allow your retirement savings to grow with risk-free interest rates of up to 6% per annum.
   • If your payouts have already started, you can defer them via the Plan my monthly payouts service.
3. Monetise your property:
   • Consider options like the Lease Buyback Scheme or Silver Housing Bonus Scheme to supplement your monthly payouts.
