Does my doctor need to complete the required Medical Assessment Report for my Home Protection Scheme claim if I already have a medical report from a previous insurance claim?
If you already have a Medical Assessment Report on hand, you can submit it to CPF Board through the link which will be provided after you submit an online claim form. We will assess whether the report you have provided is sufficient to assess your Home Protection Scheme claim and inform you accordingly.
