You should make payment for your MediShield Life and/or CareShield Life premiums before the deadline. If you face difficulties in paying your outstanding premiums, you may apply for Additional Premium Support (APS). APS helps members who cannot pay their MediShield Life premiums after Government subsidies and have limited family support.

Alternatively, you can:
1. Seek a family member's help to perform "
Change Payer" to pay your outstanding premiums; or
2.
Set up GIRO arrangement to pay your renewal premiums annually. Any outstanding premiums from previous policy years will be paid by monthly instalments.
