Withdraw Retirement Account savings (property owners)

template

Use this form to withdraw your own Retirement Account savings if you own a property.

If you own a property with a remaining lease that lasts you to age 95 and beyond, you can make some withdrawals from your Retirement Account.

Donees and deputies authorised to withdraw on a member’s behalf should refer to the application process here.

Important notes

  • Beware of scams. Government officials will never ask you to transfer CPF savings to them. If you get such a request, call the 24/7 ScamShield anti-scam helpline via 1799 and inform CPF Board.
  • Before you begin, ensure that you have updated your contact details and provided a bank account in Account settings.
  • To receive your CPF withdrawals via PayNow, ensure that the bank account in Account settings is set to your “PayNow NRIC-linked bank account”. If not, update your bank account details and wait for the mandatory 12-hour cooling period to complete before submitting the application.
  • You may need to further verify your identity to complete this application.
