Top Up MediSave Account using CPF savings

Members can top up their own or their loved ones’ (i.e. spouse, sibling, parent, parent-in-law, grandparent or grandparent-in-law) MediSave Account using savings from their Ordinary Account if the following criteria are met:

I. Giver and recipient are Singaporeans or Permanent Residents  

II. Giver has to be age 55 and above 

III. Giver must have set aside the Full Retirement Sum (FRS) or at least the Basic Retirement Sum (BRS) with a property 

IV. Recipient must not have met the applicable Basic Healthcare Sum

If you have made withdrawal under the Reduced Life Expectancy (RLE) scheme or are a donee appointed under the Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA), please write to us for further assistance.

  • This e-Service may take you 5 minutes to fill in.
  • The top-up is immediate upon submission of the form.
  • All fields are mandatory.
  • The account balance and transaction history will be updated within one working day following a successful transaction.
  • Members who wish to top up the MediSave Account using cash should submit the application via Top up MediSave Account.
