• For full payments, you will need your redemption statement showing the full outstanding redemption amount and your legal fee bill, if you intend to use your CPF savings to pay the related legal fee.
• You may wish to check with your bank about any penalty fees for early repayment of your housing loan.
• Due to processing requirements, deduction dates must be at least 5 working days from today. Earlier dates will not be available for selection.
• If you and other co-owners are making full redemptions through this form, ensure that you select the same date of deduction to facilitate timely processing.
• Note that making a partial or full housing loan payment may affect your Home Protection Scheme Coverage. We encourage you to find out more before proceeding.
