CPF Members’ Affinity Survey

CPF’s 2025 Members’ Affinity Survey (or Communications Survey) will be conducted from September 2025 to December 2025. If you are one of the selected individuals, we look forward to your participation and support!

What is the CPF Members’ Affinity Survey?

The CPF Members’ Affinity Survey is an annual survey to understand Singaporeans’ perceptions towards the CPF system and to identify areas for improvement with the communications and engagement initiatives carried out by the CPF Board.

Appointed Survey Company

For 2025, we have commissioned Verian Group Pte Ltd, a market research company, to conduct this survey. Verian has authorised Cruger Haus Sg Pte Ltd, their fieldwork partner, to conduct the interviews from September 2025 to December 2025, between 10 am to 9 pm daily.

Verian Group Pte Ltd, Cruger Haus Sg Pte Ltd, and their interviewers are required to adhere to strict measures on data security and protection.

The interviewers will never ask you for your NRIC, personal bank and Singpass login credentials (e.g. login passwords, token/SMS One-Time Password (OTP)). If you encounter any such requests, please do not share any information and contact us immediately via email at Comms_Survey@cpf.gov.sg.

How can I tell if the communications I received regarding the Members' Affinity Survey or if the interviewers are legitimate?

CPF members are randomly selected for the survey. Selected individuals will receive an email invitation from the CPF Board to participate in the survey and arrange for an appointment with the appointed fieldwork company, for a face-to-face survey interview.  Interviewers from Cruger Haus Sg Pte Ltd may also stop by your home at the stated timings above, to invite you to participate in the survey.  They will also carry with them identification, to verify their identity.

To ensure that the email notification is legitimate, please check if the sender’s email address is correctly spelt and ends with @e.cpf.gov.sg. Messages from CPF Board may contain links to the CPF website or other Government websites. Please check that the domain of such links end with “.gov.sg” before clicking on them.

As part of our quality control process, you may be re-contacted (within 2 months) after the interview by the appointed fieldwork company. This is to check that the survey has been conducted properly, and to ensure that the information is accurately obtained by the interviewer.

For verification of this survey, please email CPF Board at Comms_Survey@cpf.gov.sg.

Why do you need to ask about my income and how do you ensure that the information provided by me is kept confidential?

Information on income will help us understand the perspectives across different income groups and ensure that our communications and engagement initiatives consider the varying needs. We understand that such information is sensitive. Feel free to inform the interviewer if you are not comfortable providing this information.

All staff handling the information collected through this survey are required to abide by the safeguards for personal data in the Public Sector Governance Act and the Government Instruction Manuals. This includes respecting the privacy of members of the public and not sharing personal information with any unauthorised parties. All the information you provide will be kept strictly confidential and will not be used in any way that can identify you. To safeguard your data, all electronic storage and transmission of data is secured with the appropriate security technologies.
