FAQs
Due to the limited seats available, registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. We strongly encourage you to register your interest early to secure your seat. You may view and register for the Festival talks here.
Registration will close at 4pm on 25 October 2025 or when seats are fully occupied, whichever is earlier. Don't miss out – secure your spot early!
While we do not have a waitlist for fully registered sessions, you are welcome to join the walk-in queue before the start of the sessions. Our event crew will do their best to accommodate walk-in participants if seats are available. You may also explore the various booths and activities in our Festival Hall.
We are unable to make changes to your registration after submission. If there are sessions which you wish to attend but did not register for, you may join the walk-in queue before the start of the sessions. Priority will be given to registered participants, and our event crew will admit walk-in participants into the session halls if seats are available.
Please submit your request via Write to us at least two days before the Festival to cancel your registration, so that the session slot(s) can be released to other participants who are interested.
While there is no penalty for cancellation, we strongly encourage you to Write to us at least two days before the Festival to cancel your registration if you are unable to attend. This will allow us to release the session slot(s) you have signed up for to other interested participants.
The Festival is a free event and there is no registration fee.
Some sessions will be available for viewing on our YouTube channel after the Festival. Please subscribe to our channel and keep a lookout for the videos.
You do not need to register your child/children if they are aged 12 and below, and do not have an email account.
Water dispensers are available in the Festival Hall and various Zones. To support sustainability efforts, we encourage you to bring your own reusable bottles when using the dispensers.
We will provide coffee and tea, while supplies lasts, when the Festival Hall opens at 9am.
Please note that food will not be provided at the Festival. There are eateries and restaurants conveniently located at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands for your dining needs.
