We refer to the letter “Attempts to rectify a top-up mistake hits setbacks” by Ms Tan Poh Gek. (Lianhe ZaoBao, 27 March). 

 

We had clarified the matter with Ms Tan and assisted her to rectify her top-up mistake. Increasingly, more members are making monthly top-ups to their retirement savings just like Ms Tan. We encourage them to do so through GIRO for their greater convenience.

 

Ms Tan mentioned that she was unable to make CPF top-ups on her own as she is not familiar with English and technology. Cash top-up and CPF transfer service on our CPF Mobile app is available in both English and Mandarin. Members who wish to learn how to transact digitally with CPF can also attend the E-Xperience Workshop, held weekly at CPFB's Tampines and Woodlands service centres. Members can choose to attend this workshop in English or Mandarin.
