How do I top-up the Home Protection Scheme premium shortfall via PayNow QR?

To top-up the Home Protection Scheme premium shortfall via PayNow QR, you would need to submit an online application and make payment by scanning the PayNow QR code with your PayNow participating bank’s app. A unique PayNow QR code will be generated after you have submitted your application. To complete your payment, please scan the PayNow QR code with a participating banking or payment app, or save the QR code on your device and upload it into the banking or payment app by the end of the day.

It is important that you do this before the QR code expires at the end of the day that you submit your top-up application. Your application will be automatically rejected if payment is not received by then. Once the QR code expires, you would need to submit a new application which would come with a new QR code.

To make payment, scan or upload the QR code using any PayNow-participating banking app.

For POSB/DBS bank account holders, please refer to the top-up steps using Digibank.
