How can I make my MediSave contributions?

There are several ways you can contribute to your MediSave. The most convenient way is via GIRO, which allows automatic monthly deductions from your bank account.

GIRO

Using my cpf digital services (for OCBC/DBS/POSB bank account)

  1. Log in with your Singpass.
  2. Submit the Apply / Change GIRO for MediSave Contributions by Self-Employed Person application.
  3. Check the status of your GIRO application via My Activities.

Mail (for other banks)

  1. Download and complete the Apply for GIRO for MediSave Contributions form (FORM SE GIRO (PDF, 0.6MB)).            
  2. Mail it to the address printed overleaf of the GIRO application form.
  3. We will notify you of your GIRO application status once the bank has processed it.

e-Cashier

Make payment via PayNow and your payment will generally be processed almost immediately.

*With effect from 29 May 2024, self-employed persons (SEPs) making MediSave contributions via PayNow may do so via the new “Manage your MediSave Payable” form. Only full payment to offset the total outstanding MediSave payable may be made. Those with no outstanding MediSave payable may also make contributions to offset future MediSave payable.

Otherwise, SEPs may also request instalment plan via the new form.

NETS/ CashCard

 Pay by NETS or CashCard at any SingPost branches.

You may log in with your Singpass to check that your MediSave contribution is reflected in the Self-employment dashboard or check the transaction status under Transaction History (if you have paid via e-Cashier).
