You will be asked to indicate the category of your enquiry so that we could share the most relevant FAQs which may give faster answers to your questions. If the FAQs do not meet your needs, we will be glad to serve you at your selected time using your preferred appointment mode. An SMS reminder will be sent to you one day before your appointment.
You will receive an SMS at the start of your appointment time, with instructions on how to initiate the call. If you did not manage to initiate the call within 5 minutes of your appointment time, please make a new appointment, we seek your understanding on this.
