If the deceased member had made a valid nomination, we will contact the nominee(s) within 10 working days after the Board is notified of the member's passing, providing them with details on the withdrawal process.
If the deceased member had not made a valid nomination, we will contact the next-of-kin at the deceased member's last known address, informing them that the CPF savings will be forwarded to the
Public Trustee's Office (PTO) for distribution and details to claim the discounted Singtel shares (if any).
In some rare cases, there may be ongoing investigations related to a member’s nomination and the Board would require additional time before contacting the nominee(s). Interested parties can contact the Board at
