Yes, you will receive a CPF Contribution Alert. The CPF Contribution Alert is a notification service to inform CPF members, including platform workers, when their monthly CPF contributions are credited. For example, you will be notified when your CPF contributions for the month of March 2025 have been credited any day between 1 March 2025 to 30 April 2025.

 

CPF members can receive the notification via:

1. their registered email address; or
2. push notification via CPF Mobile app. CPF members will need to enable personalised notifications within the mobile app’s settings to start receiving the Alert.

With the CPF Contribution Alert, you can conveniently verify the CPF contributions paid by your platform operator against your earnings slip.

 

If there are any discrepancies or if you have any clarifications, please approach your platform operator immediately so that any error can be rectified early while documentary evidence is fresh. If CPF contributions were paid in error, your platform operator will need to submit an adjustment or refund request immediately, and no later than one year from the payment date.
