If CPF Board is notified* of the death before 1 February 2024
If the deceased member had appointed authorised persons in his/her CPF nomination, only the authorised persons can access his/her CPF account information.
If CPF Board is notified* of the death on or after 1 February 2024
Nominees and family members who are eligible beneficiaries under intestacy laws will be able to access a deceased member's CPF account information.
*Please note that the notification date may not be the same as the actual date of death of the CPF member.
