Why is there an increase in my MediShield Life premiums?
From April 2025, premiums will increase upon policy renewal to support enhancements to MediShield Life (MSHL). These arose from the 2024 review which include expanded coverage and increased claim limits.
 
The new MSHL premium rate table (for policy periods commencing/renewing on or after 1 April 2025) can be found on the CPF website, under View premiums.
