Why is payment via eNETS discontinued with effect from 23 April 2023?
CPF Board regularly reviews the services and payment options we provide to our customers. Payment via eNETS had been discontinued from 23 April 2023 because payments made by customers via eNETS are unable to be updated in the members’ accounts instantaneously. Customers can use PayNow QR or OCBC Digital via our digital services on CPF Mobile to make payment and these transactions will be processed instantaneously.
