Why have I not received any notification about my Platform Workers CPF Transition Support (PCTS) payment even though I am eligible, and the payment has been credited?
You will not receive any notifications on your Platform Workers CPF Transition Support (PCTS) payment if you have not registered your email address or mobile number with CPF Board. To receive notifications, you may update your mobile number or email address via my cpf digital services - Account Settings with your Singpass.
