The deduction of premiums for the renewal of Home Protection Scheme (HPS) covers takes place on a weekly basis.
If your HPS cover renewal date falls between the weekly deduction runs, the status of your HPS cover will show as "pending renewal" in the Home ownership dashboard. Once the premium has been successfully deducted, the status of your HPS cover will change to "Active".
In the event that you do not have enough Ordinary Account (OA) savings to pay the premium, we will inform you to top-up the premium shortfall.
