Why do I need to provide the Name and NRIC number of my appointee in the Trusted Contact appointment form?
Providing the Name and NRIC number of your appointee helps CPF Board correctly identify the person you wish to appoint as your Trusted Contact. CPF Board will also check if your appointee is eligible to be a Trusted Contact.
