All Singapore Citizens (SC) or Permanent Residents (PR) covered under MediShield Life (MSHL) or an Integrated Shield Plan, and aged 40 and above, can redeem Healthpoints for MSHL premium discounts.
If you are a SC or PR, you may be ineligible to redeem MSHL premium discounts due to the following reasons (non-exhaustive):
- You have been granted suspension of MSHL premium collection; or
- You are a new SC or PR whose MSHL cover is still being issued. For more details, please refer to your Healthcare Dashboard to check the status of your MSHL coverage.
