Why am I identified to pay for my own MediShield Life premiums when my payer has been paying my premiums?
You have been identified to take over paying your own premiums because there are sufficient funds in your MediSave Account. This helps to preserve your previous payer’s MediSave for his/her own healthcare needs. We have notified your previous payer. If the previous payer or a new payer wishes to help with your premium payment, he/she can submit a Change Payer for MediShield Life.
