You can view top-ups made in the:
 
Last five years
Image 1: Retirement Savings Topping-Up History. "Click on year toggle between the past five years" and Click on "Received from"
 
Beyond five years
You can access your CPF Transaction History through your Yearly Statement of Account. Please refer to this FAQ.
 
Image 2: Note to inform members that CPF Board do not provide service of retrieving CPF Records beyond past 10 years.
