When will the deduction from my MediSave Account take place after I submit the Change Payer request?
If the insured has outstanding MediShield Life premiums, the deduction will be made from your MediSave Account soon after you have submitted the request.
 
Thereafter, the insured(s)' MediShield Life premiums will automatically be deducted from your MediSave Account once a year, within a month after the Insured(s)’ cover renewal date.
