We will contact the nominee(s) within 10 working days after the Board is notified of the member's death. If you are not eligible for automatic disbursement, you will receive instructions on how to submit the withdrawal application in our notification.
The processing time of the withdrawal application depends on whether the deceased member held Singtel Discounted Shares as additional time is required to process the shares.
