Your CPF contribution rates will change from the first day of the month after the month of your 55th, 60th, 65th or 70th birthday. This is because on your birthday, you are considered to have just turned the relevant age and remain in your current age group for that month. From the following month onwards, you will move into the next age group and the new contribution rates will apply.
Example
Your 55th birthday falls on 13 January 2026.
