When do I have to choose my CPF LIFE plan?
You only need to choose your CPF LIFE plan when you wish to start receiving your CPF LIFE monthly payouts.
 
If you are automatically included in CPF LIFE, you can start your payouts any time from 65 to 70 and choose your CPF LIFE plan then. If you do not choose a plan before 70, you will be automatically placed on the CPF LIFE Standard Plan and your payouts will start at 70.
 
If you are not automatically included in CPF LIFE, you can choose your CPF LIFE plan when you wish to join the scheme, any time from 65 to one month before you turn 80.
