When can I apply to withdraw my retirement savings if I have a pension/annuity?
You can apply for withdrawal of your CPF retirement savings if you have a pension/annuity, as long as you are:
 
i. 55 or above; and
 
ii. currently receiving lifelong monthly payouts from your pension/annuity.
