What should I do if I would like to use the CPF Housing Top-Up Grant for my HDB flat?
The process depends on your loan type:
 
If you have an HDB loan
In-person at HDB Branch
  • Complete the CPF withdrawal form (PHS9)
  • Book an appointment via the e-Appointment system before visiting
  • Processing time: generally within three to five working days upon the receipt of your request from HDB
If you have a bank loan
  • Submit an online application with your Singpass
  • Processing time: generally within five working days
