If your Trusted Contact appointee has not accepted your request and you wish to change the appointee, you can do so by withdrawing your appointment request and submitting a new one.
To withdraw the request:
- Go to your Activities page and locate the pending request that you wish to withdraw. The “Add or remove Trusted Contact” transaction should still be “In-Progress”.
- Click into the “In-progress” transaction record and click the “Withdraw this request” button at the bottom of the page.
If your Trusted Contact request has been accepted, you will not be able to withdraw your appointment. Instead, you will need to remove the existing Trusted Contact appointment first. You may do so via the
Add or remove Trusted Contact e-form before submitting a new appointment request.
