What should I do if I have omitted to declare certain health condition in my Home Protection Scheme application?
Please write to us to declare any health condition which you have omitted in your earlier Home Protection Scheme (HPS) application. Your declaration should include details of your health condition and a copy of your medical report, if any.
 
We will assess your eligibility for an HPS cover based on the additional health information declared.
