The CPF savings nominated under Special Needs Savings Scheme will be paid via monthly payouts, starting from the lowest interest earning account, i.e. the Nominee Ordinary Account (NOA) first before moving to Nominee Special Account (NSA) and then Nominee Retirement Account (NRA).
