What is the Memorandum of Mortgage?
The Memorandum of Mortgage (PDF, 77KB) sets out the priority arrangement between the Board and the bank in respect of the refund of proceeds arising from a disposal of the property where the mortgagee bank has the first charge. The Memorandum of Mortgage has been registered with Singapore Land Authority (SLA) under the registration number: IA/991901M.
