The Silver Housing Bonus (SHB) enables you to supplement your retirement income if you're moving to a 3-room or smaller flat.
 
By committing your housing refunds towards your retirement payouts, you can enjoy lifelong income through CPF LIFE and receive a cash bonus of up to $40,000.
