What information does my Trusted Contact see in the notifications copied to them?
Successfully appointed Trusted Contacts receive copies of the same notifications that are sent to you when transactions are made. The information in these notifications will differ for each CPF service used and transaction made.

You cannot customise the notifications or information sent to your Trusted Contacts. They will receive copies of the same notifications you receive to ensure they can effectively detect any unusual or unexpected activities in your CPF account. We recommend appointing someone you trust to help monitor important CPF transactions as an additional layer of security against potential scams.

Information included in the notifications:
