Home ownership dashboard summarises your personalised CPF housing information to help you make informed decisions. Here's what each section contains:
Summary Section
This section shows your total CPF usage across all properties, including the number of properties you are using CPF for, the total principal amount used, and total interest accrued to date.
Property Address
This section displays all properties for which you are using CPF savings. If you own multiple properties, you can switch between them to view specific details for each selected property.
Monthly CPF Deduction
This section shows your current housing payment details, including the amount deducted monthly from your Ordinary Account, when the deduction occurs, and whether it's for an HDB or bank loan.
Principal Amount and Accrued Interest
This section breaks down your CPF usage for the selected property, showing the principal amount withdrawn for property purchase and payments, plus the interest accrued on these withdrawals.
Amount Allowed for This Property
This section displays the maximum CPF usage for your property, including the total CPF amount you can use, the remaining amount allowed, and the amount used by you and your co-owners.
What Happens If
This section shows the refund amounts for two scenarios: the amount to refund if you sell your property, and the amount you can voluntarily refund while maintaining ownership.
