What if I lose the endorsement email or did not receive the endorsement email for the use of my CPF savings under the CPF Education Loan Scheme?
The CPF lender can log in to the CPF website using their own Singpass and endorse the application using the Endorse CPF education loan form. 
 
A reminder email would be sent generally within the next three days if the lender has not endorsed the application.

Note: The lender is also advised to ensure that their email settings are in place and the email address used by the borrower in the application is accurate.
