What happens if my appointed Trusted Contact loses their mental capacity?
You should revoke their Trusted Contact appointment via the Add or remove Trusted Contact e-form when your appointed Trusted Contact loses their mental capacity. 

You may also wish to submit a new appointment request to appoint a different person to be your Trusted Contact.
