To make a withdrawal, deactivate the CPF Safety Switch first. You can do so by phone or in person.

Phone: Call 1800-227-1188 during operating hours. If you're calling from overseas, dial +65-6227-1188. Select your language, then press option '8'.

In person: Make an appointment at any of the CPF Service Centres during operating hours.
CPF Board staff will check your identity before deactivating the switch. This step keeps your account and CPF savings secure.
Your request takes around three to five working days after your identity is verified.
Re-register your bank account
Deactivating the CPF Safety Switch does not restore your previously registered bank account as it may have been compromised. You must register your bank account with CPF Board again before you can receive funds.
