What happens if I do not pay the premiums I owe for ElderShield?
If you have paid the minimum required premiums for ElderShield, your policy will be converted to a paid-up policy.
 
Your potential payouts in the event of severe disability will depend on the total premiums paid. For more details on your payouts, please log in to Healthcare Dashboard using your Singpass.
 
However, if you have not paid the minimum required premiums, your policy will be terminated.
